A single competition team's dump of everything behind their 2025 intelligent logistics robot: MaixCam vision scripts, an STM32F103 motor/arm controller, UG NX mechanical models, and JLCEDA PCB files. Useful mainly to someone entering the same Chinese university robotics competition who wants a working reference stack, not as a general-purpose robotics library.
The vision pipeline (color/circle detection, adaptive lighting, stacking recognition) is a concrete, working example of MaixCam-based perception for a pick-and-place task, with a linked video tutorial. The PCB and mechanical files cover the full stack from control board to omni-wheel chassis to end effector, so you can see how the electrical and mechanical sides actually connect. The author is upfront in the README about real competition results (completion time, placement accuracy) and about the controller code being rough, which is more useful than the usual overstated project description.
Compiled build artifacts (.o, .crf, .d, Keil logs) are committed straight into Objects/, so the repo has no .gitignore discipline and carries dead weight. The STM32 firmware uses the old standard peripheral library rather than HAL/LL, and the author's own description of the control logic as a mess pile should be taken at face value — there's no architecture doc to help you find your way through it. Mechanical parts are UG NX .prt files only, no STEP/IGES export, so anyone without a UG NX license can't open or reuse the chassis design. Everything is single-use and competition-specific: no README section on how to adapt the code to a different chassis or MCU, no build instructions beyond 'open in Keil/MaixVision', and documentation is Chinese-only.
