This is my entire homelab documentation files. Here you'll find notes, setups, and configurations for infrastructure, applications, networking, and more.
This is Christian Lempa's personal homelab config dump — Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes manifests, Helm values, and Docker Compose files for the full stack he runs at home (Traefik, Authentik, cert-manager, MetalLB, Portainer, monitoring, and more). It's for people who want to see how a real multi-service homelab is wired together, not a reusable framework.
The breadth is the actual value: you get Traefik + cert-manager + MetalLB + Authentik all configured together, so you can see how ingress, TLS, and SSO actually interlock instead of reading each tool's docs in isolation. The prod/demo/test naming convention (e.g. traefik-prod-1, nginx-demo-2) shows a consistent pattern for running parallel environments side by side. Coverage spans both Docker Compose and Kubernetes/Helm for several of the same tools (Portainer, Traefik, cert-manager), useful for comparing the two deployment styles directly.
Zero prose documentation — it's raw YAML/HCL with no explanation of why a given value is set or how pieces connect; you're expected to reverse-engineer intent from file layout alone. Contributions are explicitly refused, so this is a frozen personal snapshot, not something that gets fixed or updated in response to issues. The numbered instance naming (prod-1, prod-2, demo-1) is specific to his own lab topology and doesn't map cleanly onto a different setup without renaming everything. Secrets are presumably scrubbed, but env files and connection strings still need careful auditing before you copy anything into your own environment.
