A C++ Library aimed at making mod development with Il2cpp compiled Unity Engine games easier
A small C++ wrapper library around Il2cpp's native C API, meant to make writing Unity mod/injection DLLs less painful by giving you typed helpers for domains, assemblies, images, classes, fields, properties, and methods instead of raw il2cpp_* calls. It's for someone doing native Unity game modding on Windows who already knows the Il2cpp internals and wants fewer boilerplate calls, not a general-audience tool.
Covers the parts of the Il2cpp API that actually matter for reflection-style modding (class/field/property/method lookup plus method invokers), which is the tedious part to hand-roll yourself. Scoped narrowly to one job rather than trying to be a whole modding framework, so the surface area is small enough to read in one sitting.
Dead since mid-2023 with 10 stars and 0 forks — the 'coming soon' list (exception handling, type injection via MonoBehaviour hooking, more Il2cpp types) was never delivered, so what you get is exactly the initial commit. No usage examples, no docs beyond a feature bullet list, and no indication of which Unity/Il2cpp version it was built against, which matters a lot since Il2cpp's internal struct layout changes between Unity versions. Windows/MSVC-only (vcxproj, dllmain.cpp) with no CMake or cross-platform build, and no tests of any kind for code that pokes at raw game process memory.
