Enhanced edition of V2Ray rules dat files, applicable to V2Ray, Xray-core, mihomo(Clash-Meta), hysteria, Trojan-Go and leaf.

A drop-in replacement for V2Ray's official geoip.dat and geosite.dat routing rule files, rebuilt daily via GitHub Actions from better upstream sources. It's for anyone running V2Ray, Xray, mihomo, or similar proxy tools in a China network environment who finds the official rule files incomplete or stale. The value is purely in the aggregation — MaxMind GeoLite2, GFWList, EasyList, multiple ad-block sources, and operator-specific Chinese IP ranges all merged into two binary files.

Daily automated builds mean the rules are never more than 24 hours behind upstream changes. The geoip:cn data uses actual Chinese operator IP registries rather than just MaxMind, which is meaningfully more accurate for Chinese ISP ranges. The extra categories (geoip:cloudflare, geoip:telegram, geoip:tor, geosite:win-spy, etc.) cover real operational needs that the official files ignore. The hidden branch mechanism for custom additions/removals lets maintainers patch upstream errors without waiting for upstream to fix them.

This is a data repo, not a library — there's no code to audit, test, or contribute to beyond editing text lists. You're entirely dependent on the maintainer's GitHub Actions staying up and their upstream sources remaining trustworthy. The ad-blocking lists (EasyList, AdGuard DNS, Peter Lowe) are aggregated without any mechanism to review what's actually blocked, so false positives are invisible until something breaks. The README is almost entirely in Chinese, which isn't a problem for the target audience but does narrow who can vet the build process.
