SkalskiP/top-cvpr-2023-papers

★ 650 · Python · CC0-1.0 · updated Apr 2026

This repository is a curated collection of the most exciting and influential CVPR 2023 papers. 🔥 [Paper + Code]

A hand-picked table linking ~20 CVPR 2023 papers to their code repos and arXiv pages, grouped by topic (segmentation, NeRF, 3D, generative). It's for people who want a quick filter on a 2,359-paper conference rather than scrolling the full accepted-papers list. One of five near-identical repos the maintainer runs per year (2023–2026).

Every entry links both the arXiv PDF and the official code repo with a live star-count badge, so you can judge adoption without leaving the table. The table itself is generated from automation/generate.py off a CSV, not hand-edited markdown, which keeps the format consistent and makes contributions mechanical rather than freeform PRs.

There's no actual code here beyond the one generator script — the entire value is a selection made by one person with no stated criteria for what counts as 'top.' Only ~20 papers are listed out of 2,359 accepted, with no indication of why these and not others. It's inherently stale: a 2023 paper list with a 2026 last push, so any activity is almost certainly badge/formatting churn, not new picks.
