This repository contains a simple Warehouse / Inverntory Management System written in C, using a linked list as the main data structure. The program runs in a terminal (CLI) and supports basic inventory operations such as adding, displaying, updating, and deleting items.
A single-file CLI inventory manager written in C that uses a linked list to store items, with add/display/update/delete operations. Looks like a student assignment or portfolio exercise rather than something meant for other people to use.
- Linked list is a reasonable choice for a record set that grows and shrinks at runtime without a fixed size cap
- Scope is honest and small — it does basic CRUD on inventory items and doesn't pretend to be more than that
- No README — the only documentation is a .docx file, which is useless for anyone browsing on GitHub and isn't diffable or searchable like plain markdown
- Everything lives in one file (Ind.c) with no header separation, which won't scale past a toy project and makes it hard to tell what's public API vs internal detail
- No persistence layer visible — if the linked list is just in-process memory, every run starts from zero and the 'inventory management' label oversells it
- No license, no tests, and the repo has zero stars/forks/activity signal — nothing here suggests it's maintained or intended for reuse
