Despite the name, this isn't an admin template at all — it's a Chinese university student's coursework submission for a "Student Grade Management System" course design project, containing a Word document report and two C files. Not useful to anyone outside that specific class assignment.
The C source is at least small enough to read in one sitting if you're curious what a beginner course-design project for a CLI grade-management tool looks like.
