This repository contains coding projects one can build with different difficulty levels.

A README-only list of about a dozen project ideas (flashcard app, URL shortener, chat app, pathfinder visualizer, movie recommender, etc.) grouped into beginner/intermediate/advanced tiers, each with a feature checklist, suggested build steps, and a stack suggestion. It's aimed at people who don't know what to build next, not developers looking for a library or working code.

The difficulty tiers give a real on-ramp instead of a flat list of ideas. Each entry has a concrete feature checklist and a 'what you'll learn' section, so it's more actionable than a one-line project name. The spread of project types is genuinely varied — game loops, CRUD, real-time messaging, recommendation algorithms, pathfinding — so it doesn't just repeat the same CRUD-app pattern with different labels.

There's no code anywhere in the repo — the tree is just LICENSE and README.md — so there's nothing to run, fork, or read to check your own solution against. Stack suggestions lean generic and a bit dated (jQuery-era JS, Heroku as the deploy target) rather than reflecting current tooling. No links out to reference implementations, and no sign of activity since the last push in Feb 2024, so it reads as a one-time write-up rather than something that gets maintained or expanded.
