Dead since 2017 — no support for any WeChat API changes since then, and beego itself has moved on significantly. README is a few lines in Chinese with no setup instructions, no API docs, and no explanation of what 'gopkg' sync actually does or how it's configured. Single-purpose and hardcoded to one account's use case (Go China), so there's no abstraction to reuse for a different bot. No tests, no CI, no license file visible in the tree.
