Este repositório é referente ao curso "Collection Framework API Java" e é uma valiosa contribuição para a comunidade de desenvolvedores Java, fornecendo exemplos práticos e recursos educacionais relacionados à poderosa API de coleções da linguagem Java.

A Portuguese-language companion repo for a Java Collections Framework course, with runnable examples of List, Set, Map, Comparable/Comparator, and generics. It suits Portuguese-speaking developers new to Java collections who want to see each interface used on a concrete task.

- Examples are grouped by collection type, then by task (OperacoesBasicas, Ordenacao, Pesquisa), so a reader can find how to sort a List of objects or search a Map without reading the whole API.

- The comparableXcomparator package sorts the same Livro class by year, by author, and by year, author and title through separate comparator classes. That makes the difference between natural ordering and external ordering concrete.

- Each topic folder has its own README.md, so the code comes with per-topic notes instead of being a bare dump of files.

- Compiled output and IDE config are committed. The out/production tree holds .class files and .idea/ is checked in, which is noise, and the stale class files can drift from the sources in src/.

- The top-level README is a short conceptual intro with no build or run instructions and no suggested reading order. The reader has to work out what to run and where to start.

- The last push was in August 2024, and the visible tree has no test directory, so nothing checks that the examples still behave as their comments describe. The examples and most of the prose are in Portuguese, so an English reader gets the code and little else.
