ddgksf2013/M3U8LIST
A personal notes page, not a project: a README full of links to IPTV/M3U8 playlists (including an 8000+ channel adult list and a few third-party feeds) plus one example .m3u file. There's no code and nothing to install — it's a bookmarks dump for people who want live TV stream URLs to paste into a player.
The .m3u format itself is plain text and works directly in any standard player (VLC, Kodi, etc.) with no tooling needed. The README at least groups links by category (adult, IPV6, regional channels) so you're not scrolling through an undifferentiated list.
There's no code to evaluate — this is a link list, not a repo in any engineering sense. IPTV stream URLs rot constantly and nothing here indicates when a link was last verified working. It ships a raw .exe (m3u8_check_tool.exe) with zero information about what it does or where it came from — don't run that. No license, no indication of legal status for redistributing these streams, and most of the content (including the linked tools) is Chinese-language only, so it's unusable to a large chunk of any audience without translation.
