delightall/warehouse-management-system
A small C program for managing warehouse users and inventory using linked lists and flat file storage — admins manage users and materials, regular users can borrow/return items and check their own records. Looks like a student systems-programming exercise, not something built for production use.
Uses actual linked lists and file I/O instead of a database, which is the point of the exercise. Includes its own MD5 implementation for password storage rather than storing plaintext. Role separation (admin vs regular user) is modeled in the code rather than bolted on.
No error handling for file corruption or concurrent access — two people running this against the same .dat files will clobber each other's data. MD5 for password hashing is broken and shouldn't be trusted even in a toy project. No tests, no build script beyond a raw gcc *.c invocation, and the README is Chinese-only with zero documentation of the file formats or data structures, so anyone outside the original course context has to reverse-engineer it from source.
