A Chinese-language full-stack learning roadmap aimed at developers who want to go from employee to indie hacker. It covers the minimum viable skill stack across business modeling, design, frontend (React), backend, and growth — not as abstract advice but as 118 days of curated daily lessons. Audience is Chinese-speaking developers with some experience who feel stuck as a cog in a larger machine.
The opinionated pruning is the real value — React over Vue specifically because React Native gives you mobile without a separate stack, and the author explains the tradeoff rather than just listing tools. The daily-lesson structure (118 numbered markdown files) is more actionable than a typical roadmap image. It includes business fundamentals alongside technical ones: AARRR, business model canvas, payment solutions — things most tech roadmaps skip entirely. The companion book (one-person-businesses-methodology-v2.0) gives philosophical grounding for the choices.
The roadmap image is a Draw.io file — good for the author, awkward for anyone who wants to fork it or propose changes without that tool. Last commit was March 2024 and the daily lesson series stopped at 118 days with no indication it will resume, so you're getting roughly a third of a course. The PHP label on this repo is misleading — the roadmap itself is stack-agnostic, the PHP comes from RoboFile.php (a build tool), which will confuse GitHub's language detector and anyone browsing by language. No English content at all, so the audience ceiling is hard at Chinese speakers.
