:package: A modern starter which uses Vue 2, Vuex, Vue-router and Webpack 2 (and even Electron)

VuePack is a Vue 2/Vuex/Vue-router starter kit built on Webpack 2, with optional Electron, PWA, and CSS modules support bolted on via SAO templating. It's aimed at people who want a batteries-included Vue 2 boilerplate rather than assembling their own build config from scratch.

The scaffolding covers real gaps a bare Vue setup leaves open — vendor code splitting, hot reload for single-file components, and an Electron target that actually works via the app/dist split. The docs folder breaks out each optional feature (PWA, ESLint, Babel, CSS modules, TestCafe) into its own short doc instead of one giant README wall.

Webpack 2 and Vue 2 were both aging even at the time of the last push, and the README says an update to Webpack 4 is 'coming very soon' — it never did, and there's no Vue 3 story at all. The author's own README tells you to use a different project (Poi) instead, which is about as strong a signal as you can get that this isn't maintained. Vue CLI is also flagged as deprecated in favor of `@vue/cli`, so two of the three install paths documented here are dead ends for anyone starting fresh today.
