😺 My personal website
Felipe Fialho's personal site and blog, rebuilt on Astro 7 with Pagefind for search and build-time OG card generation. It's a single-purpose personal project (100+ posts in Portuguese, some translated to English) rather than a reusable template, useful mainly as a reference for how to wire up a modern static blog stack.
The LGPD consent implementation is done properly: GA4 only loads post-consent, AdSense is lazy-loaded and only personalized with consent, using Consent Mode v2 instead of a cookie banner that's cosmetic. Pagefind replaces a hosted search service entirely at build time, no Algolia key or API cost. The Playwright e2e suite is unusually thorough for a personal blog — consent, embeds, language switching, mobile, search, theme are all covered separately. OG cards generated at build time with satori/sharp means zero runtime image cost per share.
The repo's topics (algolia-search, gatsby, graphql, styled-components, react) describe a stack this code no longer uses — it's Astro/Pagefind/plain CSS now, so anyone browsing by topic is being misled about what's actually here. It's not meant to be forked as a starter: ~100 markdown posts with 'all rights reserved' licensing mean cloning it gets you someone else's blog, not a template. The custom markdown plugins (embeds, image attributes, in-article ads) live in src/plugins with no separate documentation or tests mentioned, so their behavior is opaque outside reading the source. Bilingual content is maintained as parallel files (content/posts vs content/posts-en) rather than structured i18n, which works here but doesn't scale past two languages.
