Star Blaze remake

A C++ remake of Star Blaze on SDL2, with the Color Computer 8-colour palette kept as code rather than baked into the art. It is a hobby project last pushed in January 2015 with no stars, so it is more useful as a reference for laying out a small 2D shooter than as something to build on.

Attack patterns sit behind an AttackAlgorithm interface, with DirectAttack, WaveAttack and DoNothingAttack as separate implementations, so enemy behaviour is changed by swapping a file rather than branching inside Alien. The sprite atlas is generated from a TexturePacker project (spritesheet.tps) and the exported spritesheet.json is committed beside it, so the packing can be reproduced. Subsystems are split into their own files (Physics, Input, Timer, FileLoader, and a Render directory with one class per sprite type), which makes it quick to find where a given behaviour lives.

The build is Visual Studio only (starblaze2013.sln, vcxproj, copy_binaries.bat), and Local.props.default has to be copied and edited before anything compiles. The SDL2 and SDL2_image binaries and import libraries exist only under lib/x86, so the repo has no x64 libraries to build against. SDL, GLEW and rapidjson headers are vendored into include/ with no record of which versions they are, so upgrading means manual copying. The top-level listing has no README or project licence, and no tests are visible, so there is no stated way to run it, reuse it, or check that physics still behaves after a change.
