This is a GitHub profile/index page for Gustavo Guanabara, a Brazilian programming instructor, pointing to his free HTML/CSS and JavaScript courses. The repo itself contains almost nothing — two images and a README. The actual course material lives in separate repos. Stars come from his audience, not from this repo doing anything interesting.
The linked course repos (html-css, javascript) are well-structured for beginners, with PDFs, exercises, and challenges separated cleanly. The material is in Portuguese, which fills a real gap — quality beginner content in Portuguese is less common than in English. The exercise runner hosted on GitHub Pages is a nice touch for students who haven't set up a local environment yet.
This repo is a profile page, not a project — starring it is the GitHub equivalent of bookmarking a teacher's homepage. Last pushed in 2020, so the courses are almost certainly outdated relative to current browser APIs and tooling. There's no curriculum progression documented here, no versioning, and no way to tell from this repo alone which course to start with or whether the content is still maintained.
