insistence/RuoYi-Vue3-FastAPI

基于Vue3+Element Plus+FastAPI开发的一个通用中后台管理框架(若依的FastAPI版本),支持代码生成。A general middle and backend management framework developed with Vue3 + Element Plus + FastAPI (FastAPI Edition of RuoYi), supporting code generation.

A FastAPI reimplementation of the RuoYi admin scaffold (Vue3 + Element Plus front end, FastAPI/SQLAlchemy back end) — the usual RBAC/menu/dept/dict/codegen admin boilerplate people spin up for internal tooling in China's dev ecosystem, now with an AI chat module and a plugin system bolted on. Aimed at teams who want a batteries-included CRUD admin panel and don't mind Chinese-language docs and conventions.

The CLI is unusually developed for this genre — separate command/controller/presenter layers per feature group (db, cache, gen, plugin, crypto) instead of one giant argparse script, plus a TUI (cli/tui) for interactive ops. The plugin system looks like a real attempt at extensibility: discovery, install/enable/disable, migrations/seeds, scaffolding for both front and back end, not just a stub. There's CI (Playwright tests + Ruff) actually wired up and passing on badges, and it supports both MySQL and Postgres with separate SQL/requirements files rather than assuming one DB.

README is entirely in Chinese with no English translation, which will filter out a chunk of the audience even though the code and topics are marketed in English. The 'transport encryption' layer (request encrypt/response decrypt with key rotation) is a bespoke crypto scheme built into an admin framework — that's exactly the kind of thing you don't want hand-rolled, and it needs real scrutiny before trusting it in production. It's also the classic RuoYi-family problem: a huge surface area (21 built-in modules including AI management and file management) generated by one maintainer, so depth and security review per-module is unlikely to match something like Django's admin. Demo credentials (admin/admin123) baked into the README is a bad habit if anyone forgets to change them before deploying.
