The standalone app based on official debugger of React Native, and includes React Inspector / Redux DevTools

A standalone Electron app that bundles Chrome DevTools' old Remote Debugger with React DevTools and a Redux DevTools clone, so you get JS debugging, component inspection, and Redux state tracking in one window instead of juggling browser tabs. It's for React Native developers on the legacy JS runtime who want a single debugging surface without wiring up separate extensions.

Genuinely useful all-in-one packaging — Redux DevTools with the same API as the browser extension, plus React Inspector and Apollo Client DevTools, all pre-wired instead of you assembling them yourself. Cross-platform prebuilt binaries (Homebrew cask on macOS, AUR package on Arch) mean most users never touch a build step. Config file support and documented shortcut references show real attention to daily-driver ergonomics.

The README opens with a standing warning that it only supports the old Remote Debugger and does not work with Hermes, JSI, or the New Architecture — which is the default for any RN app started in the last few years, so most people landing here today can't use it. Last commit is from October 2023 with no roadmap beyond a linked discussion thread, so it reads as effectively unmaintained. It's an Electron app wrapping a deprecated debugging protocol, meaning its core dependency (the old Remote Debugger) is itself on borrowed time inside React Native.
