Comprehensive employee management system with role-based access control and reporting

A single-file C program for basic employee record management (add/view/edit records) using structs and file I/O. The repo name and description advertise "role-based access control and reporting" but the single source file is literally named studentManagementSystem.c, suggesting it's a repurposed class assignment rather than what's described.

Self-contained single file means zero dependency hassle to compile and run. If you're learning C and want a small example of struct arrays plus file persistence (fopen/fwrite patterns), the code is short enough to read in one sitting.

No role-based access control anywhere in the code despite the description claiming it — that's just false advertising. No reporting functionality either. No error handling on file operations, no input validation, and the filename mismatch (studentManagementSystem.c in an 'EmployeeManagement' repo) suggests this was copy-pasted from a different assignment without even a rename. Last commit was over a year and a half ago with 2 stars, so nobody's maintaining or using this beyond the original assignment submission.
