立党润学笔记问答

This isn't code — the repo is a README.md and a LICENSE, nothing else. It's a Chinese-language FAQ walking through the maze of US work visas for Chinese nationals (H1B, L1, OPT, Day-1 CPT, EB1/EB2/EB3 green card tracks), written for Chinese international students and engineers trying to figure out how to legally work in the US.

Gives actual mechanics instead of vague advice — H1B lottery odds (~30%), OPT durations (3 years STEM vs 1 year non-STEM), the L1-to-H1B pipeline used by Amazon/Google — with specifics most blog posts on this topic skip. Splits the 'normal path' (OPT/H1B/EB2) from edge cases (O1, EB1A, dual-citizenship-via-TN/E3) instead of pretending one path fits everyone. Numbered Q&A format makes it easy to jump to the question you actually have.

Dead project: it cuts off at question 7 with '未完待续' (to be continued) pushed in November 2022, and nothing followed — four years of silence on a doc that advertises itself as unfinished. Recommends a specific immigration law firm by name on the strength of an unverifiable '70% of people in this community recommend them' claim, which is word-of-mouth dressed up as a stat. No code, no structure, Chinese-only — this is a blog post using GitHub for stars and discoverability, not a project; relevance is limited to the narrow audience of Chinese nationals targeting US tech jobs.
