🔥 Repo related to my FrontendMasters course. An Advanced Web Dev Quiz that covers a wide range of the things web devs get to deal with on a daily basis.

A companion repo to Lydia Hallie's FrontendMasters course, containing 30 multiple-choice questions covering browser internals, JavaScript semantics, security, and performance. Aimed at developers who want to stress-test gaps in their working knowledge — things like event loop ordering, CSS specificity edge cases, and CORS subtleties.

The question selection is genuinely non-trivial — questions on render layers, bfcache eligibility, and generator send semantics go past what most tutorials cover. Each question links to spec-level resources (W3C, TC39, WHATWG), not just MDN summaries. The topics span a useful surface area: security (XSS/CSRF/CSP), networking (HTTP/2-3, DNS resolution), and JS engine behavior (garbage collection, WeakMap) in one place.

The answers are paywalled behind a FrontendMasters subscription, which makes this repo significantly less useful as a standalone study resource — it's marketing material with a thin educational wrapper. No answer explanations, no difficulty ratings, and no way to track progress means the 'quiz' format is purely static markdown. The repo has had no updates since July 2024 and only 30 questions, so there's no trajectory toward broader coverage.
