Unity 기반 게임엔진
A solo-developer 2D game engine for Windows that mimics Unity's API surface (GameObject, Transform, Component, ScriptBehaviour, SceneManager) on top of Direct2D rendering, bundled with Box2D-Lite for physics and miniaudio for sound. It's aimed at someone who wants to learn how a Unity-style engine is built under the hood, not at anyone shipping a real game.
The Unity-shaped API (GameObject/Transform/Component/Behaviour split, MonoBehaviour-style ScriptBehaviour) is a sensible teaching structure since it maps directly onto concepts most devs already know. It ships a complete sample game (GOTO_Game) with a Knight character, sprite-based animation clips, and an AnimatorController with both FSM and non-FSM variants, so you can see the engine actually driving a playable scene rather than just headers. Third-party pieces (Box2D-Lite, miniaudio, nlohmann json) are vendored directly into the tree instead of left as a dangling submodule dependency, so it at least builds without a separate fetch step.
It's Direct2D and Windows-only, so despite having Matrix4x4/Quaternion/Camera types suggesting 3D ambitions, this is a 2D engine wearing a 3D engine's clothing. The repo has committed binary .exe tools (animation_curve_editor.exe, generate_registers.exe, gif_converter.exe) alongside their Python sources, and a pile of leftover .h.bak backup files sitting next to the real headers in GOTO_Game/inc/component — both are signs nobody's cleaned the tree before pushing. The README is three lines in Korean with no build instructions, no English translation, and no indication of how far along any subsystem actually is; there's no CI and no tests, so 'does this compile for you' is an open question.
