// the take

A companion markdown book for a published Chinese-language title on Node.js debugging, walking through CPU profiling, memory analysis, async stack traces, APM, logging and monitoring tool-by-tool. It's for Node.js developers comfortable reading Chinese who want a single reference tying together tools like llnode, heapdump, Jaeger and Grafana rather than hunting docs for each one separately.

Unusually broad coverage in one place - CPU flamegraphs, heap snapshots, async_hooks, OpenTracing/Jaeger, ELK, and Telegraf+InfluxDB+Grafana are each normally scattered across separate blog posts, and here they're walked through with actual commands and screenshots rather than just linked. The chapters on async stack traces (3.2, 3.3, 3.7) and uncaughtException + llnode are solid, concrete debugging workflows that most Node tutorials skip entirely in favor of happy-path code.

Entirely in Chinese with no English version, which rules it out for most of this list's readers regardless of content quality. Pinned to Node.js 8.9.4 and last touched in 2021 - async_hooks, the inspector protocol, and heap profiling tooling have all moved on since, so several chapters describe APIs or flag behavior that no longer match current Node. One full chapter (8.2) covers alinode, Alibaba Cloud's proprietary Node fork, which is useless to anyone outside that ecosystem. It's a static snapshot of a specific book edition, not a living doc - no updates, no issues being triaged, nothing to expect going forward.
