// the take

A link list of EVM fuzzing resources: fuzzers (Echidna, Medusa, Foundry), supporting tooling, reusable invariant properties, benchmarks, and a long stack of articles and conference talks on invariant testing for Solidity. It's aimed at smart contract auditors and devs who already know what fuzzing is and want a map of the ecosystem, not an introduction to it.

It's genuinely kept up to date — there's a separate recent.md changelog, and the maintainer is an active practitioner (Perimeter) rather than someone bookmarking links once and walking away. Coverage is wide: mainstream fuzzers sit alongside newer entrants like ItyFuzz and Wake, plus AI-assisted fuzzing tooling that's only a few months old. The practical-samples section links real incident reproductions (the Curve and Rari hacks rebuilt with Echidna), which is more useful than another tutorial. Sources are credible — Trail of Bits, Recon, Ackee, ConsenSys Diligence — so you're not wading through random Medium posts.

It's a flat list with no annotation: every link gets one line and no indication of which fuzzer or article is still the right default versus superseded by something newer in the same section. There's no beginner path — mainstream and emerging fuzzers are listed side by side with zero guidance on which to reach for first. Depth is uneven: ERC properties and the articles section are deep, but the AI section is four loosely related entries (a skill, a framework, a blog post, a vendor blog) that don't really belong in one category yet. And like any link list, its value decays as external pages move or die — nothing here checks for that.

We read the README, the directory tree and a key source file in October 2026. Nobody pays to be listed. How we judge →
