:see_no_evil:程序员找工作黑名单,换工作和当技术合伙人需谨慎啊 更新有赞

A crowd-sourced blacklist of Chinese tech companies with documented histories of wage theft, 996 enforcement, equity fraud, and other bad-faith hiring practices. Maintained as a VuePress docs site with links to Zhihu threads, news articles, and firsthand accounts. Primarily useful to Chinese-speaking developers vetting employers or co-founders.

Primary value is aggregating scattered accounts from Zhihu, V2EX, and Chinese tech press into one searchable place — saves you from doing that research yourself. The README is refreshingly honest about scope: it explicitly excludes companies that are merely 'not ideal' and focuses on wage theft and equity fraud as the real red lines. The co-founder section is genuinely useful and underrepresented elsewhere; losing equity disputes is career-damaging in ways that a bad job usually isn't. Last commit was February 2026, so it's not completely abandoned.

Almost all entries are links to Zhihu questions from 2016-2018 — many of those pages are dead or paywalled, and the companies themselves may have changed materially in the intervening decade. There's no verification process at all; anyone can file an issue to add a company, which makes the list susceptible to competitive sabotage or score-settling. The repo structure is a committed VuePress dist bundle checked into git, which means the built HTML and JS artifacts live alongside the source — messy and makes diffs useless. Stars are inflated by controversy: 28k stars for what is essentially a Markdown file with links says more about Chinese developer frustration with 996 culture than about the repo's quality as a reference.
