Code for the note storing flask web app made during a YouTube video.

This is the companion repo for a YouTube tutorial on Flask basics, building a small note-taking app with login and signup. It's aimed at complete beginners learning Flask and SQLAlchemy for the first time, not at anyone looking for a starting point for a real project.

The structure is a clean, minimal example of the Flask blueprint pattern with auth.py and views.py split out, which is a reasonable thing for a beginner to copy. The scope is small enough to read in one sitting: three templates, one model file, one static JS file.

The README is almost entirely a pitch for the author's paid bootcamp, with no actual documentation of the app's routes, models, or how notes/auth work beyond 'clone, pip install, run'. There's no requirements pinning visible beyond the file name, no tests, and no indication this was ever meant to be extended past the tutorial video — password hashing and session handling would need real scrutiny before anyone used this as a base for something live. Forks (1053) outnumbering stars (1008) is a strange ratio for a repo this size and suggests it's assigned as coursework rather than organically found and starred.
