The CSAPP section includes real compiled C exercises (bit manipulation, process control, signals, a tiny HTTP server) rather than just prose, so you can run and verify the concepts. Breadth is genuinely wide — assembly through JVM internals through modern languages — useful as a map of what to study next even if you don't read every note.
Everything is in Chinese with no translation, which rules it out for a big chunk of any audience. It's a notes dump, not a maintained reference: no versioning discipline, no indication topics get revisited as languages evolve, and depth is uneven since it's one person's study log over years. The CC BY-NC-SA license blocks any commercial reuse or adaptation, and with 698 stars and no visible contributor process, there's little check on accuracy of individual notes.
