Telegram bing bot DALL-E 3

A Telegram bot that generates images by driving Bing's web-based DALL-E 3 creator through a scraped browser session cookie, with optional GPT or Gemini prompt rewriting. It's for someone who wants free-ish DALL-E 3 access in a group chat and doesn't mind the cookie dance to get there.

Supports multiple Bing cookies round-robin'd together, so one account's rate limit doesn't kill the bot for everyone. Ships five different deployment paths (bare Python, shell script, Docker, Fly.io, Zeabur), which lowers the bar for self-hosting meaningfully. The prompt_pro/prompt_gem options let GPT or Gemini clean up a lazy prompt before it hits the image model, which is a genuinely useful quality lever. Codebase is three files (tg.py, responder.py, utils.py) — small enough to read end to end before trusting it with your Telegram token.

The core mechanism is scraping a signed-in Bing session cookie rather than calling any sanctioned API, so it breaks the moment Bing changes its create-image page, and handing cookies around is exactly the kind of account-sharing Microsoft's ToS exists to stop. There's no automated recovery when a cookie expires — the fix is manually re-opening DevTools in a browser and pasting a new string. No tests anywhere in the repo; the CI workflow is almost certainly lint-only, nothing exercises the actual generation flow. The README itself flags that openai-python (a hard dependency for prompt_pro) doesn't install on Python 3.12, and with the last push in May 2024 there's no sign that's been resolved.
