Material Angular Admin Template
An Angular Material admin template with a dark theme, demo dashboard pages built on NVD3 charts and ag-Grid tables, and a Sass theme layer. It is a reasonable starting point for an internal dashboard if you are willing to replace the demo data and mock auth, and to update a project that has not been pushed to since January 2023.
- The theme is separated from the screens. src/theme holds reusable pieces (card, sidebar, pagination, tooltip directive, right sidebar) and src/app/pages holds the screens that use them, so you can lift components without taking the demo pages along.
- Routing is split by feature area. pages, ui and maps each have their own routing module instead of one large route file, which makes it easier to remove an area you don't need.
- The auth pattern is laid out in the client: an auth guard, an auth interceptor and a fake-backend interceptor. You can read how login and route protection are meant to fit together without standing up a server.
- MIT licensed, so commercial reuse is straightforward.
- The last push was 2023-01-06. The Angular version and npm dependencies are almost certainly behind, so run npm install and ng build on a clean checkout before you commit to it.
- The charts use NVD3, which has been unmaintained for years and wraps an old D3 API. If you want anything beyond the demo charts, expect to rewrite the chart components.
- Auth is simulated. The fake-backend interceptor stands in for a server, and the working backend lives on the feature/backend branch that the README points to separately. The main branch alone is a front-end demo, not something you can deploy with real users.
