DIYgod/RSSHub-Radar
🧡 Browser extension that simplifies finding and subscribing RSS and RSSHub
A browser extension (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) that scans the page you're on and surfaces any RSS or RSSHub feeds it supports, then lets you one-click subscribe to it in your reader of choice. It's the companion extension to DIYgod's RSSHub project, so it's most useful if you already run or follow RSSHub instances.
Built on WXT with a proper multi-entrypoint structure (background, content, offscreen, sandbox, popup, options) rather than a single bundled script, which is the right way to handle MV3's service-worker constraints. Reader integration is broad out of the box — TTRSS, Miniflux, FreshRSS, Feedly, Inoreader, Feedbin, Old Reader, Feeds.Pub — so it's not locked to one ecosystem. It's backed by RSSHub's actual userbase (7k+ stars, live on four browser stores with real install/rating badges), not a toy side project, and ships CI for release, rule submission, and testing.
The README is almost entirely badges and store links with no explanation of how rule matching actually works — you have to leave the repo and go to docs.rsshub.app to understand the radar rule format at all. For a content-script extension that presumably needs broad host permissions to inspect arbitrary pages, there's no mention of the permission scope or a privacy policy in the repo itself, which is the first thing a security-conscious adopter will look for. The rule set is crowd-sourced via a separate submission workflow, so coverage outside sites RSSHub already supports is going to be thin. There's a test.yml workflow but no visible test directory in the tree, so it's unclear what's actually covered.
