Add Google Cloud Platform support to Terraform
This is the code generator and CI pipeline behind Terraform's `google` and `google-beta` providers — not something you install, but the machinery HashiCorp and Google use to keep two provider codebases in sync from one YAML-defined schema. Relevant if you maintain a generated multi-target provider or SDK yourself, not if you're just using Terraform on GCP.
Generating both TPG and TPGB from one source avoids the duplicate-maintenance trap most multi-variant SDKs fall into. The VCR-based test tooling (record/replay GCP API calls as cassettes) means PRs get tested against real API behavior without every contributor needing live GCP credentials. It's been running in production at a scale few generators see — thousands of resources, years of edge cases already baked into the templates.
The MMv1 YAML DSL is its own language you have to learn before touching actual Go — expect a slow ramp just to add a field to a resource. The repo has sprawled into a huge `.agents/` tree of bot workflows, skills, and archived process docs; useful if you're the `modular-magician` bot, mostly noise if you're a human contributor trying to find the generator logic. The README is two paragraphs and punts everything to an external docs site, so you can't get oriented from the repo alone.
