STM32 stuff
A collection of standalone bare-metal STM32 projects in one repo, each folder with its own copy of the ST libraries and startup code. It covers displays (SSD1289, ILI9320, ST7735, SSD1306, ST7528, UC1701), sensors (BMC050, LTC2942, AM2302, BMP180), an Si4703 FM receiver, a matrix keyboard, and a GPS bike computer. It is for embedded hobbyists who want working reference drivers for specific parts, not a library to build on.
The bike-computer folder is the most complete project here: GPS, nRF24 radio, BMP180 pressure, EEPROM settings and SD card logging through a bundled dosfs FAT driver, which is the part most hobby repos never finish. The six display drivers are split into separate, readable files, so they work as a side-by-side reference when porting a panel to a new controller. The sensor and peripheral code is written against the ST standard peripheral library rather than generated HAL wrappers, so the bus sequencing stays visible.
The README is just a heading, and the per-folder notes are the only documentation, so pin assignments, wiring and toolchain setup for most projects have to be worked out by reading the code. Every project vendors its own copy of CMSIS, startup code and the old StdPeriph library, across both F1 and L1 parts, so a fix has to be applied in many places and most of the repo is vendor code by line count. The last push was in January 2022, the project files are CooCox .coproj, and there is no CI or tests, so building any of it today means rebuilding the toolchain first.
