Simple app to provide both usual table template and admin-access table template

A tiny Express/Handlebars app that renders CSV data as an HTML table, with a stated (but unverified from structure alone) plan for an admin-access variant. It's a student-project-scale CRUD-lite viewer, last touched in January 2018, with zero stars or forks — not something anyone would adopt today.

Uses a conventional Express + Handlebars + Bootstrap stack that's easy to read for anyone who's touched Node before. The CSV-to-table flow is a reasonable, minimal way to prototype a data viewer without a database.

The repo ships an entire compiled Node v8.9.4 Linux x64 distribution (binaries, headers, OpenSSL, docs — hundreds of files) committed directly into version control, which is exactly what .gitignore and package managers exist to prevent. There's also a duplicated express-app/ directory that appears to be a near-copy of the root app, suggesting abandoned refactoring rather than an intentional structure. No README beyond the one-line description, no tests, no admin-access implementation visible despite it being named in the repo's stated purpose, and Node 8 has been EOL since 2019 — nothing here is safe to run or build on without a full rewrite.
