It's a decent checklist to sanity-check gaps in your own self-taught knowledge against.
It's a list of nouns with zero explanation, links, or examples — every bullet point is just a term you then have to go Google yourself, so it adds no value over writing the same list from a Flutter docs page in ten minutes. No code, no exercises, no links to the libraries it mentions (dio, get_it, rxdart etc). Last pushed mid-2023 and already stale — no mention of Riverpod, which has largely displaced Provider/BLoC in new projects since this was written. The 976 stars reflect 'awesome list' bookmarking behavior, not actual utility once opened.
