Smart Cam base board
Firmware for a small STM32F0-based 'Smart Cam' board, built from STM32CubeMX with FreeRTOS, ADC/GPIO/TIM/USART drivers and the full CMSIS DSP library vendored in. It's a single-developer hardware bring-up project, not a reusable library or framework.
Uses FreeRTOS for a real-time task structure instead of a bare superloop, which is the right call on an STM32F0. The HAL driver split (adc.c, gpio.c, tim.c, usart.c) follows CubeMX convention cleanly, so anyone who's touched a CubeMX project will recognize the layout immediately.
The entire CMSIS DSP_Lib source tree (hundreds of arm_*.c files covering FFTs, matrix ops, filters) is vendored in wholesale even though nothing in main.c or the peripheral drivers appears to need DSP math — that's dead weight bloating the repo and build, not a deliberate dependency. Zero stars, zero forks, and nothing beyond the generated Core/Drivers tree suggests there's no README, schematic, or explanation of what 'Smart Cam' actually does or how the camera interface works. No build instructions beyond the implicit 'open in STM32CubeIDE', and no tests of any kind for an embedded project where that matters.
