DotNetGuide is a Chinese-language knowledge base for C#/.NET/.NET Core developers — learning roadmaps, interview prep, project recommendations, books, videos, and a weekly tech digest, all in one README-driven repo. It's built and maintained by a single prolific author and targets Chinese-speaking .NET developers from beginner to mid-level. Think 'awesome-dotnet' crossed with a study guide and job-hunting toolkit.

The breadth of coverage is genuinely useful — learning paths, books, videos, ORM comparisons, Blazor tutorials, WinDbg debugging walkthroughs, and WeChat mini-program development all in one place rather than scattered across Zhihu and CNBlogs. The WinDbg 'postmortem' series (20+ real production crash/memory-leak analyses) is the standout section — this kind of applied debugging content is rare and valuable. The companion DotNetExercises repo with runnable code samples tied to specific articles bridges the gap between reading and doing. Active weekly updates (last push 3 days ago) mean the links are less likely to be stale than most awesome-lists.

It's almost entirely links to external articles on WeChat public accounts — which are notoriously ephemeral and inaccessible without a WeChat account or inside China. A significant portion of the content will be unreachable to developers outside mainland China. The repo itself has almost no original technical content; it's an aggregation layer, so its value decays as links die. The DotNetGuidePractice directory has some C# exercises, but they're basic (sorting algorithms, LINQ snippets) — not enough substance to stand alone if the external links rot. Interview prep is hosted on Yuque, adding yet another external dependency that could disappear.
