This is the companion code repo for Angela Yu's Udemy web development bootcamp course. It's a collection of exercise starting files and completed examples — drum kits, to-do lists, a Simon game — not a library or tool. Useful only if you're taking the course.
The exercises cover a reasonable arc from raw HTML through Node/Express and EJS templating. Starting files are provided alongside finished versions so you can check your work. The project variety (DOM manipulation, a Bitcoin ticker, newsletter signup with a real API) gives students something to actually build.
This is course material from 2020 and hasn't been touched since May 2024 — Bootstrap 4, MongoDB, no React hooks, no TypeScript anywhere. The repo is full of macOS .DS_Store files committed into version control, which is a minor embarrassment for a course teaching professional practices. There's no real codebase here to evaluate as software — it's loose folders of homework.
