 Creative Coding Projects

A personal grab-bag of ~25 standalone HTML5 Canvas/p5.js sketches by one developer — fractals, particle systems, fireworks, phyllotaxis, smart rockets, fourier drawing. It's for people who want quick creative-coding reference snippets or inspiration, not a library or framework you'd depend on.

Every sketch is runnable live via GitHub Pages links before you even open the code, which is a nice way to browse. The README's project table and list are auto-generated by a GitHub Actions workflow from a template, so new sketches stay listed without manual upkeep. Good breadth of classic generative-art algorithms (Koch curves, L-systems, genetic-algorithm smart rockets, fourier drawing) all implemented in plain JS/p5.js, easy to lift a single file and understand it.

Dead since February 2022 with no tests, no linting, and no visible license — it's a personal sketchbook, not something built to be adopted. Each folder vendors its own copy of p5.js (and sometimes Candy.js), so the repo is far heavier than the actual code and there's a lot of duplicated boilerplate across sketches. Zero comments or write-ups explaining the math/algorithm behind each sketch, so you're reverse-engineering intent from variable names rather than learning from it.
