A massive link aggregation repo for Brazilian developers, listing hundreds of learning resources, tools, and platforms organized by technology. It's essentially a Portuguese-language awesome-list aimed at beginners and intermediates in Brazil's dev community. The target audience is clear: someone starting out who wants a single page to bookmark.

The Portuguese-first approach fills a real gap — most resource lists assume English readers, and Brazil has a huge dev community that benefits from localized curation. The breadth of categories is genuinely useful as an index, covering everything from CSS game-based learning to remote job boards to database diagram tools. Translations into 11 languages exist, showing some community investment. The section on gamified CSS learning (Flexbox Froggy, Grid Garden, etc.) is a thoughtful grouping that's actually useful for beginners.

Last meaningful update was mid-2024 and the repo shows clear signs of drift — dead links are inevitable at this scale and there's no automated link-checking in CI. It's a link dump, not a guide; there's almost no editorial opinion about which resources are actually good versus just present. The translation links all point back to the same Portuguese repo with no actual translated content. At 15k stars it carries social proof it doesn't fully earn — the value is in discovery, not quality filtering.
