Responsive Portfolio Website Using HTML, CSS & JavaScript
A single-page personal portfolio template (HTML/CSS/vanilla JS) built as a YouTube tutorial project — hero, about, skills, portfolio grid, testimonials, contact. Aimed at junior devs or anyone who wants a quick, no-framework personal site to fork and reskin with their own content.
No build step or framework — open index.html and go, which makes it trivial to fork and host anywhere. Mobile-first CSS that actually works, not just a media-query bolted on afterward. Light/dark mode via a simple class toggle rather than a CSS framework dependency. Uses Swiper for the testimonials carousel instead of hand-rolled JS, so that part is reasonably solid.
Everything lives in one index.html and one styles.css — no componentization, so reskinning means hunting through a monolith rather than swapping a config. Content is hardcoded to the original creator's name, photo, CV PDF, and project screenshots, so there's real surgery required before it's usable, not just a find-and-replace. No LICENSE file in the tree, which matters a lot for a repo whose entire point is being copied — unclear what you're actually allowed to do with it. No accessibility markup to speak of (alt text, ARIA, focus states) beyond whatever the tutorial happened to include, and no tests or linting since there's no logic to test.
