A React Native app (Android + iOS) for browsing GitHub's trending and most-starred repos by language, with favorites and theme switching. Aimed at Chinese-speaking RN developers looking for a real-world, multi-screen app to study rather than people wanting a actual tool to use today.
Decent reference for RN project structure circa 2017-2018: clean separation into dao/model/page/common folders, a working favorites system backed by local storage, and a working search with custom keyword subscriptions across 50+ languages. Ships both Android and iOS targets with working build configs (Gradle, Xcode project, Buck files), not just a single-platform demo.
Dead since August 2019 — predates RN's New Architecture, Hermes, and most of the current ecosystem, so `npm i` on a modern toolchain will likely fail outright or need a near-total dependency rewrite. README promises Redux but the code is DAO/callback-based, not an actual Redux store, so it's misleading as a learning resource for that pattern. No tests anywhere in the tree. README and all docs are Chinese-only (an English README exists but is thin), and API keys/config live in a plain `res/data/keys.json` rather than any env-based secret handling.
