Blazor wasm project authentication project with JWT

A Blazor WebAssembly sample that adds JWT login to a client-side app, so the browser gets a token from the API and sends it with later requests. It is for .NET developers who want a small reference for SPA auth, not a full identity product.

- From the description, the scope is one problem: a JWT login flow for a Blazor WebAssembly client. Nothing else is advertised, which makes the flow easier to follow than a full auth template.

- Blazor WebAssembly with a separate token-based API is a less common auth setup than server-side Blazor, so a focused sample of it has reference value.

- The committed .dotnet folder holds SDK binaries (dotnet.exe, hostfxr.dll, the 6.0.2 targeting packs). That is a local install that should not be in source control. Every clone pulls in that weight, and it suggests there is no .gitignore for build tooling.

- It targets .NET 6 (SDK 6.0.2) and was last pushed in April 2022. .NET 6 left support in November 2024, so the packages and project file need upgrading before anyone copies the pattern.

- Where the token is stored (localStorage or a cookie) and how expiry and refresh work are not visible in the truncated tree. For a JWT in a browser, that choice decides how exposed the login is to XSS, so check it before adopting.

- Zero stars, zero forks, and no sign of activity since 2022 mean no one else has tested or reviewed it.
