// the take

A personal grab-bag of five Claude Code skills/plugins — port allocation for parallel Claude instances, a skill-sharing/doc-publishing workflow, a permissions analyzer, an i18n translator for SKILL.md files, and a 'CEO dashboard' for API cost tracking. Aimed at people already deep in Claude Code's plugin ecosystem who want someone else's utility skills rather than writing their own.

Solves a real, specific annoyance (port collisions when running several Claude Code sessions) that most people only notice after it bites them. Ships as proper Claude Code plugins with marketplace.json and plugin.json manifests, not just loose scripts, so install/update goes through /plugin instead of manual symlinking. Full README and SKILL.md translation into zh-CN and ja is more localization effort than most repos this size bother with, and share-skill auto-generates a docs site (GitHub Pages / custom domain) for publishing skills.

Almost no actual code — the tree is nearly all SKILL.md/README files, meaning each 'skill' is largely a prompt/instruction set for Claude to follow, not a tested implementation; verify-docs.sh is the only test-looking artifact in the whole repo. 'ceo-skill' promising a CEO dashboard plus COO-level cost analysis is marketing-flavored scope creep next to the otherwise utilitarian tools. Entirely coupled to Claude Code's plugin/skill format, which is new and still shifting — if that spec changes, every skill here needs rework. No LICENSE file despite the MIT mention in the README footer, and no CI to catch broken manifests across three language variants of each SKILL.md.
