Simple room reservation system in C

A small console program in C that reads the list of available rooms from a text file and handles room reservations. It reads like an intro-level C exercise for someone learning file I/O and basic program state, not a system for running a real hotel.

The room inventory lives in rooms.txt rather than in the source, so the data can change without recompiling. The visible listing is a single C source file with no build script or dependency manifest, so the whole program can be read top to bottom in one sitting. The input is plain text that any editor can inspect and change.

The README is three lines. It names the language and the input file but says nothing about how to compile, run, or use the menu. It does not say whether bookings are written back to rooms.txt; if they are not, nothing survives a restart. The visible listing has no tests, no sample rooms.txt format, and no LICENSE file, and the last push was July 2020 with zero stars and forks.
