Ferramentas para trabalhar com desenvolvimento frontend

A single README that lists frontend tools — animation and carousel JS libraries, CSS generators, and Chrome DevTools extensions — grouped in one markdown table. It's a bookmarks page, not a library or codebase: there's no code to install, just links out to other people's projects. Useful for a junior frontend dev or designer who wants a quick reference of "things that exist."

The picks themselves are legitimate — GSAP, three.js, shadcn, axe DevTools, Lighthouse, Web Vitals are all tools people actually reach for, not filler. The table format (name, tech, one-line description) is scannable and the categories map to real tasks (sliders, hover effects, color tools, accessibility checks). It's a small, focused list rather than an attempt to catalog the entire frontend ecosystem, so it doesn't drown you in options.

It's Portuguese-only with no translation, which caps the audience despite generic topics. There's real overlap with no guidance on which to pick — Swiper and slick are both listed for carousels with nothing said about why you'd choose one over the other. No code, examples, or usage notes anywhere, so each link just sends you off-site to figure it out yourself; the repo adds no information beyond what a Google search would surface. There's no visible process for keeping entries current — tools like particles.js and mo.js are effectively unmaintained upstream, and nothing in the repo flags that. The README also doubles as the maintainer's freelance pitch (contact info, "open to work"), which is a strange thing to find in what's supposed to be a reference list.
