Modelos readmes
A grab-bag of Markdown README templates — profile READMEs, repo READMEs, badge/shield snippets, and 'advanced formatting' tricks — maintained by a single Brazilian frontend dev. It's for people who want a decent-looking GitHub profile or project README without designing one from scratch, not for anyone building software.
Organized by use case (profile vs. repo vs. badges vs. formatting) rather than dumped in one giant file, so you can grab just what you need. 5k+ stars and 3k+ forks means the templates have been battle-tested by a lot of eyeballs for rendering quirks across GitHub's Markdown renderer. The badges-shields and advanced-formatting sections are genuinely useful reference material even if you don't want the full templates — things like collapsible sections and shield combos are easy to forget the syntax for.
Everything is in Portuguese with no English versions, which cuts the realistic audience to Portuguese speakers even though the repo shows up in global trending lists. There's no tooling at all — no CLI or script to scaffold a README from a template, just copy-paste files, so it's really a reference folder, not a project in the software sense. The main README mixes project content with the author's personal freelance pitch and contact info, which is a strange thing to have 5k stars pointing at. No versioning, changelog, or indication of which templates have been updated recently versus left stale since whenever they were written.
