TieZ 是一款基于 Tauri 的跨平台剪贴板管理器 / A cross-platform clipboard manager with history, tags, sync, privacy protection, and fast daily workflows.

TieZ is a Tauri 2 clipboard manager for Windows and macOS that records text, rich text, images and file paths, with tags, search and cross-device sync over WebDAV or MQTT. It suits people who want a local-first clipboard history and either already run a WebDAV server or are willing to run an MQTT broker to get sync.

The always-on part is native. The clipboard listener and storage live in Rust under src-tauri, so the background footprint should be much lighter than the Electron-based clipboard tools it is usually compared with. Sync is pluggable, with WebDAV and MQTT and no vendor backend in the middle, so there is nothing to sign up for. Masking IDs and phone numbers in previews is a small privacy default that matters for a tool that sees every copy. The release workflows cover both platforms and include a separate beta pipeline, and Windows gets a portable zip alongside the installer.

There is no Linux build, and the README says only 'coming soon' with no timeline. The README also does not say what leaves the machine. WebDAV and MQTT sync, the AI-assisted actions and LAN transfer all move clipboard contents, but it is not documented whether sync payloads are encrypted end to end, what an MQTT broker can read, or which AI provider receives the text. The tree has an encryption module, yet the README does not explain how it is applied. The LAN file transfer serves a web UI (services/file_transfer/web_ui.rs), and the README does not say how that endpoint is authenticated or whether it is limited to the local network. Test coverage looks thin: the visible tree has one test file, utils.test.ts, and no Rust test directory.
