:grey_exclamation: :signal_strength: Get your GitHub Issues to read offline later. Mmm.
A CLI tool that fetches GitHub Issues for one or more repos and dumps them to local Markdown and HTML files so you can read them offline. Built for developers who want a quick, disposable snapshot of an issue thread before a flight or a spotty connection, not for ongoing issue management.
The CLI syntax mirrors GitHub shorthand (USER/REPO#0), so it maps directly onto something you already type elsewhere. It writes both Markdown and HTML from the same fetch, and the --html-only flag lets you regenerate output without hitting the API again, which is the right call given GitHub's rate limits.
Issues are hard-capped at 250 with no pagination past that, so it silently truncates anything bigger. There's no sync or diffing — every run re-fetches and rewrites everything from scratch, so there's no way to pull just what changed. The README's own TODO list (tests, indexing, closed/all filtering beyond issue state) was never done; the project stopped at MVP and hasn't been touched since 2022. It also vendors a few hundred emoji PNGs directly into the repo instead of pulling them from a shared asset or CDN, which bloats every clone for no real benefit.
