- Covers a decent range of the Linux canon: Kerrisk's Linux Programming Interface, Love's Kernel Development, ESR's Art of Unix, and the UNIX/Linux Sysadmin Handbook are all genuinely good books
- No setup required — if you just want the PDFs, they're direct downloads with no account or signup
- This is copyright infringement, not a project — distributing O'Reilly, Sams, and No Starch Press titles without authorization exposes anyone mirroring or distributing it to legal risk
- Dead since May 2020 and likely to disappear whenever a publisher files a DMCA takedown, making it an unreliable reference to share
- File naming is useless (pdf1034.pdf, pdf (37).pdf) — the README is the only index and there's no search, tagging, or organization by topic or difficulty
- Several titles are old enough to be misleading: Sams Teach Yourself Linux in 24 Hours and similar books predate systemd, containers, and modern distro defaults by a decade or more
